Retired police officer James Gilmore and Corey Thornton celebrating the release of Corey's book at Sweet Sage restaurant in North Redington Beach. Mr. Gilmore sparked the idea for Corey to start his school outreaches. Corey performed for hundreds of students at all D.A.R.E Graduations hosted by Mr. Gilmore. 15 years later Corey and James are buddies and still keep in touch.
